Introduction of Ball Mill

The ball mill is mineral processing equipment, mainly applied in ore crushing/grinding in the mining, used for grinding various ores and other materials. It’s widely employed in mineral processing, building materials and chemical industries, can be divided into dry and wet grinding.

According to the different ways of discharging, it can be divided into lattice type and overflow type. Facing the development of the market situation, the ball mill has been gradually developed many types to meet different requirement for materials and scales.

Generally speaking, a direct way to improve ball mill output has three kinds:

1. Placing a fine crusher before the Ball mill

2. Improve grinding system to improve grinding efficiency

3. Add high efficiency classifiers

For the above three methods, any one kind can significantly improve the yield of the ball mill. Of course, if the factory conditions permits, the effect of matting use of the above-mentioned three methods is the most ideal, which is big trend at home and abroad in grinding system design recent years.
