Introduction of Ball Mill Machine:

Coltan Processing ball mill is an efficient tool for grinding many materials into the power. It adopts rolling bearing support instead of sliding bearing support. Comparing with sliding bearing support, the rolling bearing can save 10-20% energy. So, if in the same power energy, the capacity will enlarge 10-20%. Various classifiers, such as screens, spiral classifiers, cyclones and air classifiers are used for classifying the discharge from ball mill.

According to the different ore discharging, Coltan Processing ball mill is divided into grate ball mill and overflow ball mill, which is widely used in ore grinding plant. Overflow ball mill is the key equipment for grinding. It can be used for coarse grinding and fine grinding.

Ball mill is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, fertilizer, ferrous and non-ferrous metal and glass ceramics and other mineral production industries.
