Features of Industrial Mixer

1. This machine is set before the flotation machine to make the reagent and the ore pulp be fully mixed. This machine is suitable for mixing the ore pulp whose density is lower than 3.5 and the flotation reagents whose density is lower than 30%.

2. Compact structure, good seal, and feed port settings the block gray board, to prevent the mist playing.

3. Stir mixing blades fanned when stirred media contact area.

4. The nozzle row set, more water is uniform and can adjust.

5. Leftover ash and low setting box at the bottom of the watershed to ensure that the equipment have no dead ends.

Working Principle of Industrial Mixer

When the machine works, under the rotation of the impeller, the ore pulp and the reagents will have big and small circulation, and they will be evenly mixed, and the mixed suspension liquid will be discharged from the overflow port.
