Introduction of Rotary Kiln:

This series of rotary kiln is the large-size advanced international calcining kiln & furnace which is developed by our company. Compared with the rotary kiln with the same specification made by the traditional technology, this series of rotary kiln can make the production capacity increase by 30%, the heat consumption reduce by 40% and the discharged flue gas temperature<250 °C , so it is convenient for collecting dust and meeting the modern environmental protection needs about energy saving and consumption reducing.

This rotary kiln is widely used for extracting nickel from laterite, calcining the activated limestone, oxidized pellet, magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, titanium dioxide, etc.

Structure of Rotary Kiln:

1. The rotary kiln shell design fully take into consideration of the corner at shell flexible supporting to extend the lifetime of refractory bricks and castings.

2. Adopt supporting roller bearing with big diameter and small ratio between length and diameter to improve the reliability. The bearing is automatic self-sligning bearing.

3. The better sealing effect of new type open gear hood sealing type.

4. The spring lamination overlying type flexible sealing, double layer spring lamination sealing increase the heat insulation layer to improve the reliability and lifetime.
