Biomass Burner Matched With Three Cylinder Industrial Drying Equipment

Brief Introduction:

Biomass burner is a new energy saving and environmental protection equipment. Fuel can be various

kinds of biomass raw materials or molding biomass particles (Wheat straw, rice straw, corn stalks, corn

cobs, peanut shells, cotton stalks and etc. of the crop, as well as branches, leaves, bark, roots, wood

chips, bamboo powder, sawdust and other leftovers of forest products, which are cheap and

inexhaustible).

Working Principle:

The pellet fuel will be evenly transported in proper amount into the fermentation chamber by feeding

system, after ignition, the particles will be doing low temperature combustion with the form of semi

gasification suspension, the flame is mixed with the induced air at the spout, and the high temperature

spray flame will be formed.

Performance Characteristics:

The pellet fuel will be burned fully, smokeless and odorless, without harmful gas emissions,

environmental protection and is more energy saving, and fully automatic control is realized. It provides a

good platform for industrial application of biomass energy, and changes the traditional industrial energy

structure, and makes it possible for replacing the diesel fuel, electricity, gas, etc. by biomass energy. It

is only one third of the original fuel cost (coal and oil). no harmful gases, waste water and waste

residues emissions.
