Stainless Steel Intermittent Industrial Drying Equipment For Fly
Ash
Equipment Introduction:
Stainless steel Intermittent industrial drying equipment is
improved on the basis of traditional rotary
drum dryer, the feeding, drying and discharging process of the
dryer is intermittent, the drying time can
be set up according to the temperature of drying medium, the
moisture of the feeding and discharging
material and other factors. It is applicable for drying sludge,
coal, sand, animal dung, fly ash, clay, coal
slime, ore, steel slag, quartz sand, kaolin clay, bentonite,
sawdust, desulfurization gypsum, compound
fertilizer and other materials by utilizing of tail gas waste heat.
Stainless steel intermittent industrial
drying equipment can prevent from acid/alkali corrosion and iron
contamination.
Working Principle:
The corotation of the cylinder is the feeding stage when the feeder
starts to work, and the feeder stops
once the set feeding quantity is reached. And then the cylinder
rollbacks and enters the stage of drying,
the drying medium will be drew into the cylinder of the dryer by
the induced draft fan at the end of the
drying system, to do the heat exchange with the materials being
lifted up constantly inside of the dryer,
the evaporated moisture is taken out continuously by the hot air,
the material to be dried to qualified
moisture content after a certain period of time. At last, the
cylinder corotates once again, the dried
material is discharged from the dryer cylinder under the push of
discharging screw, one time of drying
process has been finished.
