Active Carbon Regeneration Kiln in Ore Dressing Plant and Carbon Making Industry

Brief Introduction:

TZY series of active carbon regeneration kiln, absorbing new technology, is a new product suitable for

regenerating active carbon in gold mines. It has advantages of low cost, high iodine value recovery rate,

big capacity and high automation. Equipped with power off protection device, it also has features of fast

heating, high thermal efficiency etc.

We can supply accessory equipment like carbon dewatering equipment, water tank, automatic lossless

transport etc. All carbon uses automatic lossless transport to make sure of reasonable, efficiency and

practical active carbon regeneration system.

Application:

Activated carbon regeneration kiln is mainly used for roasting the active lime which burned is used in

steel works and ferroalloy works, and calcined dolomite.

Performance Features

1.Tube is nondeformable under 700-750^.C;

2. Do not break the feeding wet carbon;

3. Power off protection device, automatic control constant temperature;

4. Increase safety factor and reliable operation by replacing diesel generator with new type backup

power;

5. Make sure not to break carbon by replacing screw feeder with new type feeding device;

6. Electric heat element can use over 3years;

7. Electric heating carbon regeneration kiln heats uniformly. It is the best regeneration effect if it heats

the carbon with 30-39% moisture and then ensures 30minutes for regeneration.
