Brief Introduction of Cement ball mill:

Cement ball mill is one of the important cement equipment, and the key equipment which material being

broken, then to be smashed. In cement production line, cement production process play a crucial role.

Cement ball mill principle:

Cement ball mill is composed by level cylinder, feeding and discharging hollow shaft and grinding head

and other parts. The cylinder is long, it is equipped with the grinding medium, and steel manufactured, the

steel lining fixed with the cylinder. The grinding medium is commonly steel ball, and according to different

diameter and certain proportion into cylinder, grinding medium can also use billet steel, to be chosen

according to the grinding materials size. The material is from the feeding part hollow shaft into the

cylinder, when the ball mill turning, grinding medium because of inertia and centrifugal force function, the

friction effect, it is on cylinder liner by the cylinder taking away, when was brought to a certain height,

because of its own gravity to be cast down, falling grinding medium as projectile which will make the

material inside the cylinder to be shattered.
